Too many mistake kindness for weakness.. sharing ones emotions is almost seen as a "mental illness", admitting character defects, short comings and fears in this "perfect" world .. lol

As one who has tended to retreat too long into solitude at the loss of connection, I know all too well the pain of that imbalance. There are others with the opposite habit- too much socializing without tending the inner garden.
