I like the idea of having a conversation with oneself to counter any anxious thoughts. It seems to me, though, that a lot of people do that automatically anyway. For people of faith, quoting scripture helps. For instance, I Peter 5:7: Cast all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.” And, of course, Philippians 4:6-7, “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” Have a good evening.
Oh I DO love the incorporation of scripture into this.
One thing I appreciate about my therapist is she incorporates scripture into our sessions and I end up reading the before and after to get more useful context. It has helped tremendously understand what the path forward may be when I remember to do so.
Also, I'm never sure if what I write in the morning is comprehensible or not, as I am not a morning person, so I'll likely be back here later to edit this comment if it made no sense!
This is deep
Anxiety is as a result of negative confession and negative perception .
Anxiety is a dilemma that's entitled to deprive you of all beauties of life
We must all know that
POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS PRODUCES A POSITIVE LIFE

It made good sense! Take care!
With God all things are possible
Anxious thoughts live in the future, depressing thoughts live in the past. Try to bring your focus to the here and now.
Simple, sane, substantial. This is the recipe for common sense. Thanks for the "right on" read.
