I like your pairing encouragement with small (manageable) steps. What is doable for one person is insurmountable for another, taken as a whole. So we need to give each other the benefit of the doubt and encourage the other person to accomplish what he or she can in the moment. Giving up should never be an option, but anyone can do something. Thank you for this word today as I seek to do my little part for this day.
